How It Works

- Select your preferred watch and complete your order through our website.
- Pay a Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the order amount is required to confirm your order.
- Orders will only be processed after the deposit has been received.
- Order Processing & Shipping
- Once your deposit is confirmed, your watch will be sourced and shipped from our international suppliers.
- Estimated delivery time to Kenya is 8–15 business days, depending on shipping and customs clearance.
- Pay the Remaining Balance
- When your order arrives in Kenya and is ready for delivery or collection, you will be notified.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery or collection of your order.
Important Terms
- The 50% deposit secures your order and covers part of the sourcing and shipping costs.
- Because products are specially ordered from abroad, the deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels the order after it has been confirmed.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen shipping delays.
- Soliranova will keep customers informed throughout the shipping process and notify them immediately once the order is ready for delivery.
- Products will only be released after the outstanding balance has been paid in full.
- Customers who fail to complete payment within the agreed period after notification may have their order cancelled, and the deposit may be forfeited to cover handling and importation costs.
